TEC-CDC Built a Playground in One Day!

“It gave me goosebumps, too. It seemed the very icon of American civility, as old and young, light and dark, worked side by side.”
- Bruce Schimmel, “A Place to Play in Only a Day,” Philadelphia City Paper, August 12, 2009.

TEC-CDC’s Center for Culinary Enterprises – an innovative food business incubator

“[T]he Center for Culinary Enterprises is groundbreaking in that it incorporates community and economic development.”
