The TEC Network
TEC-CDC is affiliated with The Enterprise Center’s network of organizations. This network shares resources, expertise, and skills to strengthen their collective work. Each organization fills a piece of a larger mission to expand opportunities for business development, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment.

The Enterprise Center, which provides access to capital, building capacity, business education and economic development opportunities to high-potential minority entrepreneurs through its portfolio of business acceleration initiatives:
- Business training through the Youth + Entrepreneurship = Success (YES) Program for high school juniors and seniors
- Accelerating the growth of minority-owned businesses through the Minority Business Development Administration Business Center of Pennsylvania, one of 35 centers designated by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency
- Technical assistance to businesses on Philadelphia’s neighborhood commercial corridors through the Walter Lomax Retail Resource Network
The Enterprise Center Capital Corporation, a recognized U.S. Small Business Administration co-lender that makes micro-loans for emerging small businesses.
